In the event of any inconsistency, the Terms and Conditions shall prevail with respect to platform use, liability, and dispute resolution, and the Privacy Policy shall prevail with respect to personal data processing.

By accessing or using the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Legal Notice.

2. No Medical, Legal, or Professional Advice

Nothing on the Platform:

• creates a clinician–patient, therapist–client, advisor–client, or fiduciary relationship.

Accessing or using the Platform does not substitute for professional consultation. Users must independently seek advice from appropriately qualified professionals and assume full responsibility for decisions made based on information obtained through the Platform.

KAFL may collect and process information provided by users when they:

• browse or interact with the Platform,
• create an account,

• communicate with KAFL.
